About the role

Full-time litigation attorney position handling work in the Central Pennsylvania and Northeast Corridor area, including Monroe, Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Northampton counties. The position is entirely remote with no option to work from an office.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation and insurance defense cases from inception to jury verdict.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
• At least 6–10 years of defense litigation experience, including auto and premises liability.
