Position Summary

The Immigration Paralegal role is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with one of the largest law firms in the United States. Ogletree Deakins is an international law firm with 60 offices throughout North America and Europe. We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees. Our Denver, CO office has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their fast-paced business immigration practice!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
• Knowledge of the NIV processes.
• Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently toward team goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills are required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

Benefits

• In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $60,800 and $91,200.
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
