Nightlife Content & Community Manager | RDG
for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)
- Use - for lists
- Use
for prose
- Don't repeat job title as heading
- Don't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings
- Preserve ALL substantive information
- Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning)
- Include section ONLY when posting has real specific content
- Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text
- Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless actually stated
- Output ONLY HTML fragment
Looking at the content:
- "WHO ARE WE?" - company description, I'll use "About the company" as heading
- "Role Overview" - this is about the role, could be "About the role"
- "Key Responsibilities" - this has many sub-bullets, each with detailed content. I should break these into sub-sections or keep as one responsibilities section with nested lists? The rules say use
- for any list of duties. The responsibilities are grouped into categories like "Nightlife Content Execution", "On-Site Content Capture", etc. These could be sub-headings (maybe h4?) but the rules only mention h3 for section headings. I think I should use h3 for main sections and maybe h4 for sub-sections? The rules don't forbid h4. But they say "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". It doesn't say I can't use h4 for sub-sections. However, to keep it simple, maybe I should make each responsibility category a separate h3? But that would be many h3s. The example list includes "Responsibilities" as one heading. So likely they want one "Responsibilities" heading with a list of duties. But the duties here are grouped with sub-headings. I could make each sub-heading a list item with bold text? Or use nested lists.
Better approach: Use h3 for "Responsibilities" and then within that, use with - for each major responsibility area, and within each li, include the sub-points as nested
. That preserves structure.
Similarly for Qualifications: it's a list of bullet points.
Also note: There's a paragraph at the beginning about "The preceding statements are intended to describe the general nature & level of work..." and AI tools usage. That's boilerplate legal/HR language. Should I include? The rules say remove legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. That paragraph seems like standard HR disclaimer. Also the AI tools paragraph. I think I should remove those as they are boilerplate.
The "WHO ARE WE?" section is company description, keep.
"Role Overview" is about the role, keep.
"Key Responsibilities" - keep all sub-sections.
"Qualifications" - keep.
No mention of Benefits, Pay, Schedule specifically. There's mention of "hybrid position based in Miami, Florida, open to local candidates as well as qualified candidates seeking a J-1 opportunity" and "Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods". That could be schedule info. But the rules say never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does state schedule expectations. Could include a "Schedule" section. But the example headings include Schedule. However, the posting doesn't have a dedicated "Schedule" heading; it's within qualifications. I could create a "Schedule" section with that info. But the rules say "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting does have specific content about schedule: hybrid, Miami-based, J-1, evenings/weekends/holidays. That's specific. I'll include a "Schedule" section.
Similarly, "Benefits" not mentioned. "Pay" not mentioned. So no those sections.
