Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is a world-renowned entertainment, gaming, and hospitality destination. It includes a $1.5 billion expansion with new guestrooms, a Rock Spa & Salon, and a variety of dining and entertainment options.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tableside beverages and food on a timely basis
- Handle cash and credit card transactions at the Point of Sale system (POS)
- Engage in conversations with guests professionally and friendlily
- Pour drinks and mix well-balanced cocktails and shots following standard recipes
- Market the venue and its products to the targeted customer base
- Collect customer information for the venue database
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and equipment
- Communicate with management, VIP hosts, and service team to address customer needs
- Ensure assigned areas are clean and well-stocked
- Work with a sense of urgency to anticipate and assist guests
- Communicate with the support team to maintain inventory at established par levels
- Maintain excellent customer service skills and high service standards
- Present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high volume, service-focused restaurant or nightclub
- Previous cocktail serving experience in a high-volume nightclub environment preferred
- Valid alcohol awareness card and health department card
- Self-motivated, constantly striving to improve skills and knowledge
- Fluent in the English language, both written and oral, multilingual skills are a plus
- Previous modeling experience preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and mixed cocktails
- Able to mix well-balanced cocktails and shots
- Able to operate point of sales systems terminal

- Maintain line of sight / atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift
Work Environment
- May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second-hand smoke and excessive noise
- Able to lift and carry a tray, weighing a minimum of 25 pounds in a busy, crowded, and dimly lit environment
- Able to stand or walk a minimum of eight (8) hours shifts and work inside assigned bar area in the venue
- Able to stand, walk, use hands, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell
