About the role

The Bartender Model and Model Marketing Bartender positions at Hard Rock are dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests in a high-energy nightlife setting. Responsibilities include preparing, mixing, and pouring beverages, welcoming guests, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, mix, and pour beverages efficiently
• Welcome and serve guests courteously and promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
• Participate in in-house modeling programs and special events
• Market the venue and offer services to a targeted guest base
• Follow established cash handling procedures and POS system operations
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Sequence of Service Standards
• Communicate assertively and maintain a professional appearance

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
• Experience in high-volume, service-focused environments
• Valid alcohol awareness card and health department card
• Self-motivated and able to follow established procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems
• Fluent in English, with multilingual skills preferred
• Previous modeling experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume, service-focused restaurant or nightclub
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Valid alcohol awareness card and health department card
• Valid P.S. certification and Sanitation certification preferred
• Basic math skills for job responsibilities
• Fluent in English, with multilingual skills preferred
• Previous modeling experience preferred
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne, and mixed cocktails
• Ability to mix well-balanced cocktails and shots
• Ability to operate point of sales systems terminal
