What You Will Do
- Supervision & Safety: Monitor and supervise youth activities to maintain a safe and structured environment.
- Skill Development: Teach and reinforce essential life skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Recreational Activities: Plan and participate in recreational activities such as sports, arts, and group outings to promote teamwork and healthy lifestyles.
- Vocational Training: Support youth in developing vocational skills by guiding them through hands-on activities and career readiness programs.
- Daily Routines: Assist with daily routines, including meals, chores, and personal hygiene, while fostering responsibility and independence.
- Mentorship: Build positive relationships with youth, provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of youth progress, behaviors, and incidents, ensuring compliance with program policies.
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- ~ 1 year of working in a child welfare or agency setting
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Schedule
Two Shifts
A Shift: Nights – Sunday to Every other Wednesday
8p-8a
B Shift: Nights – Every other Wednesday to Saturday
8p-8a
