NIGHT YOUTH CARE WORKER

What You Will Do

• Provide 24-hour security and supervision to ensure the safety of our Youth.
• Monitor and document behaviors.
• Monitor and join the Youth during Recreation time.
• Assist and mentor the youth while they learn and develop within the program.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED and 40 hours of college education OR have one-year experience working with youth in organized group activities.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Schedule

• Currently work 4 days per week.
• Shifts work 8 pm to 8 am Sunday through Wednesday (A Shift).
• Shifts work 8 pm to 8am Wednesday through Saturday (B Shift).
• This gives our Night Youth Care Workers 3 days off each week.

Pay

Starting at $19 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for Night Youth Care Worker at Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Located near the white sand beaches of Northwest Florida in DeFuniak Springs - At Walton Academy, we provide residential treatment to improving the lives of Youth through mental health and substance abuse services. We offer skills and opportunities to our youth from Carpentry/Home Building Institute to Culinary Arts.
