Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, and athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more), Canyon State has it all!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support youth in a safe, structured environment.
• Conduct routine room checks and monitor student activities.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, recreation, bedtime, and morning wake-up.
• Build positive relationships while serving as a mentor and role model.
• Respond professionally to challenging behaviors using de-escalation techniques.
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide consistent care and support.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of working in a child welfare or agency setting.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical examination, and TB test.

• Pay: $17.91 an hour

Schedule

• A Shift: Sunday to Every Other Wednesday | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• B Shift: Every Other Wednesday to Saturday | 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Schedule subject to change based on the need of the program
