Night Warehouse - Stand Up Forklift Operator

Role: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure efficient product flow within a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include locating storage slots, replenishing and rotating stock, inspecting pallets, and maintaining safety standards. The role involves transporting freight, performing quality checks, and adhering to GMP and safety policies. Candidates must meet productivity and accuracy standards, follow instructions, and perform general housekeeping duties. Qualifications: At least 6 months of warehouse/distribution experience and forklift operation, ability to lift up to 60-90 pounds, work in multi-temperature environments, and pass drug/background checks. Preferred experience includes over 1 year of forklift use and industry-specific knowledge. Skills: Safe operation of equipment, attention to detail, ability to work independently as part of a team, and physical stamina for repetitive lifting and movement. Flexibility to work evening shifts and overtime as needed.
