Warehouse Stand-Up Forklift Operator - Night Shift

About the role

The Warehouse Associate, specifically as a Forklift Operator, plays a vital role in supporting efficient product flow within a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transport, store, and replenish inventory
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Locate storage slots and perform counts
• Manage stock rotations and handle incoming and outgoing freight
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Conduct safety checks and follow company policies and GMP guidelines
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Perform inspections and complete relevant paperwork
• General housekeeping and equipment maintenance
• Support team operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly (10-90 pounds)
• Comfort working in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Ability to follow safety policies and pass drug/background checks
