Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents' conditions.
- Auxiliary with developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Perform skilled nursing procedures, including wound care and catheter care.
- Collaborate with physicians, Registered Nurses, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations.
- Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and medical emergencies.
- Auxiliary in supervising and mentoring nursing assistants.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Strong clinical and documentation skills.
Pay
$2,000 Night Shift Sign-On Bonus

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
