Night-Shift Fitter / Welder

Mid-State Metals LLC, located in Orlando, FL, is seeking full-time qualified Steel Fitters and Welders for the night shift to fabricate miscellaneous metal projects such as stairs, handrails, and ladders.

Responsibilities

• Read fabrication blueprints
• Fabricate miscellaneous metal and structural steel railings and stairs
• Perform MIG welding; must pass a weld test or provide certification
• Operate shop fabrication equipment safely and follow all safety protocols

Requirements

• Proficiency in MIG welding (certification or ability to pass a weld test)
• Familiarity with miscellaneous metal and structural steel fabrication
• Basic knowledge of shop fabrication equipment
• Knowledge of TIG welding is a plus

Schedule

• Night shift
• Full-time
