Night Shift Critical Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide critical care services in a high-acuity ICU environment. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers, contribute to program development, and participate in multidisciplinary care teams within a state-of-the-art hospital designed to expand healthcare access.

Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Collaborate with intensivists and advanced practice providers to deliver advanced patient care.
• Participate in the establishment and growth of the ICU service line.
• Contribute to program development, quality initiatives, and hospital operations in a new hospital setting.
• Engage in multidisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes.
• Utilize the Epic EMR platform for patient documentation and care coordination.

Requirements

• Licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experience in critical care or high-acuity environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Schedule

Night shift with six 13-hour shifts per pay period.
