Responsibilities

• Manage critically ill patients in a high-acuity ICU environment.
• Collaborate with experienced intensivists and advanced practice providers.
• Participate in program development, quality initiatives, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Provide acute care and contribute to clinical program growth.
• Ensure high-quality patient outcomes and support the development of critical care services.

Requirements

• Licensure as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experience in critical care preferred.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR platform.

Schedule

Night shifts with six 13-hour shifts per two-week period.
