Schedule
Nights 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Candidates must work every other weekend.
Pay
$3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates. Competitive pay based on experience. Shift differential pay (at participating locations).

Responsibilities
- Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
- Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence care.
- Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
- Assist residents with range of motion exercises.
- Provide personal care and comfort.
- Assist with movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
- Assist residents with ambulation for short distances in the facility.
- Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
- Provide direct and indirect resident care services.
- Meet the communication needs of residents and families.
- Communicate to nursing team changes in residents’ clinical condition.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a state-issued exam.
- Hold a valid CNA certification in the state of Missouri.
- Six months experience in a long‑term care environment preferred.
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and facility staff.
