Night Shift Bender Operator

Responsibilities

• Responsible for both machine set up and operation of Bending Machine
• Changing tooling
• Computer skills, uploading jobs into machine interface
• First piece inspection
• Troubleshooting
• Preventative maintenance
• Able to read computerized blueprints and drawings
• Able to perform precision forming, bending and folding
• Able to use and read measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor, and tape measure
• Able to add and subtract
• Able to bend on a variety of metals, galvanized, Steel, Aluminum and Stainless

Requirements

• Requires lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• At least 1 years’ experience as a Bender/Press Brake Operator
• Experience operating Forklift and Overhead Cranes a plus
• Must keep a clean and safe working station
• Must be willing to submit and pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
