Values Curious & Creative Hungry For Food & Results Entrepreneurial Forward Thinking & Flexible Supportive (Of Peers & Chefs) The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely storing, retrieving, and replenishing inventory throughout the warehouse using a reach truck. This role requires operating equipment at elevated heights, accurately moving product within warehouse racks, and supporting overall warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. What You'll Do Operate a Reach Truck to put away and retrieve pallets from warehouse racking systems up to 46 feet high.Pick, sort, and replenish product from upper storage racks to designated pick locations.Safely transport product throughout the warehouse using a reach truck and powered pallet jack as needed.Move inventory from receiving areas to appropriate storage locations.Perform replenishment activities to ensure product availability for order selectors.Monitor product condition and report any damaged inventory.Assist with unloading and organizing incoming shipments.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.Maintain accurate inventory movements using RF scanning equipment.Keep warehouse aisles, storage locations, and work areas clean and organized.Conduct pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.Charge and properly maintain assigned equipment at the end of each shift.Support inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and product placement. About You High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of Reach Truck operating experience.Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently at elevated heights.Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.Dependable team player with strong communication skills.Ability to pass a Reach Truck operating evaluation and certification process. #Z1 The above job description is not an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
