Night Porter- part time

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Porter for a part-time, on-site opportunity in Bellevue, WA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent evening work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized professional office environment, and understands the importance of creating a welcoming space for employees, visitors, and meetings. As a Night Porter, you will help ensure conference rooms, common areas, supply stations, and shared workspaces are reset and ready for the next business day. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends, a professional office setting, clear daily expectations, and the opportunity to contribute to a smooth and organized workplace. Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and reset conference rooms to company standards after meetings and events.
• Wipe down whiteboards, push in chairs, organize charging stations, and ensure meeting spaces are neat and ready for the next day.
• Restock conference rooms, coffee stations, beverage areas, and other designated supply locations as assigned.
• Complete daily facility walk-throughs using a checklist to verify areas are clean, organized, and functioning properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, supply shortages, or facility needs to management.
• Assist with light porter duties and general upkeep of common areas while following safety and security procedures.

Pay

Pay rate: $18.38 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. No weekends required.
