Key responsibilities/requirement
- Cleaning and maintaining the location space, which involves:
- Sweeping, dusting, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas.
- Cleaning restrooms, tenant spaces, elevator, and stairwells.
- Removing trash and replacing liners, disposing of waste in designated areas
- Restocking supplies
- Performing other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor
Requirements/Capabilities
- Candidates should be capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching (including overhead), grasping objects, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stooping, stretching, pressing, pushing, pulling, carrying, and lifting a minimum of 20 lbs or more.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Pay
Compensation per hour: $17.00
Schedule
Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (15 hours weekly)

We currently perform janitorial building services, mechanical engineering, HVAC and maintenance services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Kauai, Maui and the Big Island.
