Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with independent contractors by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solutions
- Review scope-of-work documents and conduct quality inspections to retain existing accounts and support new business growth
- Send nightly recap reports and escalate urgent issues to the Facility Services Manager
- Handle customer complaints, new account start-ups, and special client requests
- Enforce company policies on cleaning standards, tools, and equipment use
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services is a plus
- Prior supervisory experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading a team across multiple sites
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with regular local travel between client sites; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle recommended
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods during site visits
