Night Housekeeping Manager
About the role
Supervise and lead a nightly sanitation crew of 5–7 employees assigned to kitchens, bars, common areas, spa floors, public and associate restrooms, laundry facilities, and any additional areas assigned as needed.
Work alongside the team as a working manager to ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
Assign nightly work areas and manage workflow to ensure all designated spaces are completed efficiently.
Conduct and document detailed nightly inspections of completed areas to verify quality and safety standards.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to maintain consistency and performance.
Motivate and support staff to maintain productivity, accountability, and strong attendance.
Operate and oversee the safe use of floor care and cleaning machinery.
Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and wet floor signage requirements.
Identify and report maintenance, equipment, and facility issues.
Communicate nightly completion status and operational concerns to leadership.
Utilize basic computer systems including email, SMS, and HOTSOS for communication and reporting.

Requirements
- Experience training and supervising teams
- Basic computer skills including email
- Janitorial and floor care experience preferred
- Availability to work an overnight schedule of 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
