Night Floor Technician

Key Tasks

• Floor Care Work: Carpet, Cleaning, Tile floor care (auto scrub, strip/wax, buffing, etc)
• Project Work - Exterior window cleaning, Construction clean-ups, Tenant move-out cleaning, etc

Responsibilities

• Check-in daily with supervisor to confirm (s) and vehicles
• Complete work as assigned (example - 1 -person job versus 2-person job)
• Take before and after pictures on the Orange QC Job Report
• Communicate any problems as they occur with supervisor (floor issues, access issues, equipment issues)
• Communicate with the supervisors and managers for building access, as needed
• Use of company vehicles based on equipment needs
• Sign-out and -in vehicles each time and report any issues with the vehicles to your supervisor, when noticed
• Sign-out and -in keys to the key box or return to supervisors
• Tag broken equipment with detail regarding the problem
• CORRECTION OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, AS DIRECTED BY SUPERVISOR (ORANGE QC)
• Assist with fill-in cleaning

Compensation

Pay: $16.00 - 18.00/Hour

Part-time or full-time

Monday to Sunday
