Night Division Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a team of Night Managers across multiple territories
• Oversee nightly operations to ensure all services meet contract specifications and quality standards
• Ensure proper staffing levels across Independent Contractor (IC) accounts; coordinate with staffing agencies as needed
• Conduct routine night visits to verify service quality and resolve issues in real time
• Hold ICs accountable for staffing, service delivery, and performance expectations
• Act as the primary escalation point for night-time operational and client concerns
• Ensure completion, documentation, and follow-up of nightly inspections within CRM systems
• Partner with Facility Services Managers (FSMs) and Director of Operations to resolve client issues and support new account startups
• Maintain relationships with ICs and night vendors
• Identify and support cross-selling opportunities during site visits
• Respond to special projects and emergency situations during off-hours
• Perform additional operational duties as needed

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3+ years of leadership experience in night operations, facilities management, or service-based environments
• Strong knowledge of janitorial and facility services operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with sound independent decision-making
• Experience managing KPIs, operational metrics, and benefits
