Complete a nightly MOD checklist and send copies to the General Manager, Engineer, Housekeeping and F&B teams.
- Manage guest resolution process to include investigation of situation and creative problem solving to ensure guest is satisfied with outcome.
- Handle emergencies that may develop in the hotel, with full authority to contact all providers and ensure all issues are handled and reported.
- Auxiliary support to departments as needed, including assisting any department that is short staffed or needs additional help.
- Accurately manage and operate the OnQ system at the front office, including all daily transactions and those which are not performed often, including Night Audit.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage operations and readiness to assist in the restaurant should the need arise.
- Knowledge/Understanding of the Simphony POS system.
