About the role
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly room inspections to ensure all rooms are clean and ready for guests.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports.
- Ensure all guest accounts are processed accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with front desk operations as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred.
