About the role
The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest accounts, managing room status, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Verify guest account balances and process payments
- Manage room status and availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Perform nightly reconciliations of accounts receivable
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
