Night Audit Supervisor - Hyatt LI

Responsibilities

• Complete a nightly MOD checklist and send copies to the General Manager, Engineer, Housekeeping, and F&B teams.
• Manage guest resolution process, including investigation of situations and creative problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle emergencies that may develop in the hotel, with full authority to contact all providers and ensure all issues are resolved and reported.
• Assist any department that is short-staffed or needs additional help.
• Have a complete understanding of Front Office staff's job descriptions and duties and be able to perform duties at any given time.
• Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system at the front office, including all daily transactions and those which are not performed often.

Pay

$26 per hour
