About the role

This overnight position is responsible for ensuring a smooth guest experience while completing end-of-day financial and operational tasks. Supervise and support the night audit/front desk team during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of daily audit processes, including financial reconciliation and reporting
• Review and approve guest folios, room charges, and transactions for accuracy
• Handle guest concerns, escalations, and VIP arrivals
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, policies, and procedures
• Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports
• Cook up with housekeeping, security, and management teams
• Conduct nightly property walkthroughs and safety checks

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel front office or night audit experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., OPERA, PMS systems)
• Solid understanding of accounting and audit procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
