About the role

Supervisors lead the Night Audit Supervisors who manage the guest registration process and communicate hotel services and promotions. This role involves leading agents, coaching, giving direction, training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Night Audit Supervisors to ensure efficient guest registration and service communication.
• Coach, give direction, and train Night Audit Supervisors as needed.
• Assume basic management responsibilities, including scheduling and payroll.
• Interview potential new Night Audit Supervisors.
• Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries.

Requirements

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Intermediate or advanced computer skills required.
• Experience and thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
• Ability to work overnight on any day, including weekends and holidays.
