About the Role
The Night Audit/Security team ensures a safe, fun, and secure environment for families while maintaining credibility with theme park partners. The role focuses on security, auditing, and guest service to deliver the Perfect Guest Experience.
Responsibilities
- Security:
- Conduct security patrols of Village public buildings, villas, and overall property; report issues or deficiencies.
- Assist with villa concerns to ensure guest comfort throughout the night.
- Escort late-arriving families to their villa and provide a brief check-in process.
- Conduct villa checks on vacant rooms.
- Audit:
- Audit park tickets, family files, and records nightly.
- Finalize pre-arrival ticket packets after auditing.
- Scan all Disney tickets and place them in ticket packets.
- Scan all signature logs and liability forms to create a paper-free environment.
- Provide support for the Auditor.
- Guest Service:
- Answer guest questions about the Village, tickets, area attractions, and transportation.
- Assist with guest transportation needs, including rental questions and shuttle arrangements.
- Communicate with departments regarding safety and cleanliness; submit Nuvola requests promptly.
- Create photo packages for guests and assist with processing daytime event photos.
- Work with the Personalization team to create birthday/celebration kits and deliver them to villas.
- Support communication across departments to address guest service issues.
- Assist the Manager-On-Duty with safety and service incidents.
- Ensure excellent customer service through fast, accurate request processing and coordination with other departments.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and move boxes, cartons, medical equipment, or luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to speak and write English clearly and articulately in a positive, professional, and pleasant manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to work with guests, co-workers, volunteers, vendors, and leaders.
- Creative problem-solving skills and decisiveness.
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to operate a motorized vehicle, including battery-operated golf carts.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must meet acceptable attendance and punctuality requirements (essential functions of the position).
- High School Diploma.
- At least two years of previous guest experience.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with hospitality night audit procedures.
- Valid Security D license.

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
