About the role
Toppers Pizza is hiring Managers in Training to help lead daily restaurant operations while developing the skills needed to become a General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Help achieve sales and operational goals
- Develop leadership skills for advancement into a General Manager role
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or restaurant manager is preferred but not required
- Paid training is provided, and high-performing team members have opportunities for rapid advancement into management
- Past experience managing people through leadership
- Availability 5pm-4am Thursday - Sunday, normally scheduled 8pm-4am
- Experience in a high-pace work environment
