About the role
Join a Level IV NICU as a Registered Nurse, providing high-acuity neonatal care to critically ill newborns.
Responsibilities
- Performing comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and delivering evidence-based nursing care.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Responding effectively to emergency situations and advocating for patients and families.
- Providing education tailored to developmental, cultural, and learning needs.
- Serving as a clinical resource, mentoring peers, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing program and eligible for licensing or licensed in the state.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or ability to obtain within probation.

Work Environment
