About the Role
Join a Level IV NICU as a Registered Nurse, providing high-acuity neonatal care to critically ill newborns in a fast-paced and supportive environment that emphasizes learning and growth. Serve as a clinical resource and contribute to unit improvements.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for critically ill newborns.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and provide family support.
- Engage in professional development and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification.
New graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is required.
