About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), providing specialized care to premature and full-term infants.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive 16-week NICU residency program with hands-on training and mentorship
- Deliver family-centered patient care
- Support neonatal health needs
- Deliver specialized neonatal care
- Support families in a high-acuity NICU setting
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state
- BLS certification
- Patient care experience preferred
- Must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify
