NICU RN Residency

About the role

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to high-risk newborns in a Level III/IV NICU. Monitor fragile infants, administer medications, support family education and bonding, and collaborate with neonatologists and a multidisciplinary team. Develop critical care skills through classroom education, simulation, and precepted clinical shifts.
