Job Summary
At Doctors Hospital of Augusta, we are seeking a NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN)
- Registered Nurse
- Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
- No Travel Required

About the Role
Doctors Hospital of Augusta is a 350-bed hospital that provides a wide range of medical services, including 24/7 emergency care, Level II Trauma Center, Burn Center, advanced heart care, and Baby-Friendly maternity services. The hospital also offers surgery, women’s imaging, and a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).
The NICU RN coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team. They serve as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and model a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
