About the role
Join a neonatal intensive care unit as a registered nurse, supporting the care of premature and full-term infants in a family-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care in a Level IV NICU setting
- Participating in specialized, unit-specific training through a comprehensive residency program
- Mentoring and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal neonatal outcomes
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state, or eligibility to obtain within 90 days
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Patient Care Tech experience preferred

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for night shifts with shift differential pay
