About the Role

Registered Nurse in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), supporting neonatal patients including premature and full-term infants in a family-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients.
• Participate in specialized training through a comprehensive NICU residency program.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Support neonatal recovery and development.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state.
• BLS certification.
• Must have graduated within 12 months of hire.
• Patient care tech experience (optional).
