About the Role

Join a neonatal intensive care unit as a Registered Nurse (RN) supporting new graduates through a comprehensive 16-week residency program. This role provides hands-on training, mentorship, and a family-centered environment caring for premature and full-term infants with various neonatal conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized neonatal care in a Level IV NICU setting
• Participate in unit-specific training and mentorship programs
• Support patient and family needs through compassionate care
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in Missouri or a compact state
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Patient Care Tech experience is preferred
