NICU Nurse Practitioner (NP)

About the role

Seeking a NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a Level III neonatal team in a scenic riverfront community. The position offers a flexible, self‑scheduled work environment with full benefits for just five shifts per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and the APP team on patient management.
• Participate in flexible 24‑hour in‑house coverage.
• Support high‑quality neonatal care in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• NP or PA credential; NICU experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Open to experienced or new graduates with NICU background; RN NICU experience considered.
• DEA required.
