Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Role: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP) providing inpatient neonatal intensive care support. Responsibilities: Conduct patient rounding, manage neonatal cases, and provide 24/7/365 coverage in a hospital setting. Admissions are not required. Some shifts include on-call duties. Qualifications: Board Certified in Pediatrics, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Massachusetts medical license. Experience in neonatal intensive care is essential. Skills: Strong clinical skills in neonatal care, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with Cerner EMR. Key Duties: Support neonates in ICU, collaborate with intensivists, and ensure continuous patient care during assigned shifts, including weekends and some on-call periods.
