Key responsibilities include covering NICU cases with assigned patient roundingproviding 24/7/365 coverage, including full weekend shifts and some on-call dutiescollaborating with NICU intensivists or NPsensuring quality patient care without admissions required Qualifications include Board CertificationPediatric Advanced Life Support certificationMassachusetts medical license Key skills involve strong clinical judgment in neonatal careeffective communication and teamworkproficiency with Cerner EMR system
