Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Role: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) providing inpatient care in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Responsibilities: Manage neonatal cases including respiratory distress, pulmonary hypertension, sepsis, seizures, VLBW, and NAS. Stabilize surgical cases for transport, support patient stabilization, and collaborate with healthcare teams during shifts. Shifts & Schedule: 6am-6pm in-facility, 6pm-6am on-call, working 10-14 days per month, covering 24-hour care. Qualifications & Skills: Active Michigan license, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and experience with NICU patients.
