NICU Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Pay

$89,000 – $100,000 annually ($70 per hour for 24‑hour shifts).

Schedule

• 5 shifts per month, each 24 hours
• Self‑scheduling with flexible swaps
• Flexible 24‑hour in‑house coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting (22‑bed unit).
• Collaborate with neonatologists and the APP team on patient management.
• Participate in flexible 24‑hour in‑house coverage schedule.
• Support high‑quality neonatal care in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• NICU experience preferred; strong new graduates with NICU background considered.
• RN NICU background considered.
• DEA required.
• Team‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
