Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families
- Offer emotional support
- Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, and deliver individualized care
- Demonstrate technical skills for conditions such as respiratory distress, prematurity, hypoglycemia, and sepsis
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current licensure
- BLS certification
- RN experience
- NRP certification within 90 days
- STABLE certification within 6 months
- NICU experience preferred
