- Call 1:5 (clinical)
- Built-in referral base of 280 providers
- ED Call is once a week

Education
- MD or DO - Required
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
- Active Illinois medical license - Required
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
- Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
