Responsibilities
- Complete the NFHS “Fundamentals of Coaching” and “First Aid, Health & Safety for Coaches” courses prior to assuming the position.
- Successfully completed the ASEP Coaches Education Course prior to May 15, 2013, does not require NFHS courses.
- Keep concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificates on file annually.
- Completion of "Fundamentals of Coaching" and "First Aid, Health & Safety" courses when applicable.
- Completion of "NFHS Heat Illness Prevention" course annually.
- All coaches must complete the NFHS COVID-19 Course.
