Shepherd and disciple students, young adults, parents, and volunteer leaders while building a clear discipleship pathway from middle school through young adulthood.

Responsibilities

• Invest in students, young adults, parents, and volunteer leaders
• Help build a clear discipleship pathway from middle school through young adulthood
• See the next generation know Jesus, grow in His Word, love His Church, and make disciples of others
• Strengthen what is healthy in the existing student ministry
• Develop leaders and partner with parents
• Help the next generation become fully integrated into the life and mission of Trinity Church

Requirements

God has already established a healthy foundation through committed leaders, engaged families, and a growing student ministry. We're looking for a humble, Bible-centered pastor who can:

• Strengthen what is healthy in the existing student ministry
• Develop leaders and partner with parents
• Help the next generation become fully integrated into the life and mission of Trinity Church
