Responsibilities
- Oversee ministry to 6th-12th grade students
- Partner with parents to disciple their students
- Cultivate a culture that leads to spiritual and evangelistic growth
- Recruit and train a team of volunteers
- Cordinate youth events, such as camp and DNow
- Create a comprehensive discipleship strategy for our church for PreK-12th grade
- Coordinate with the Kids Director in discipling families
- Lead FFBC’s outreach efforts
- Establish a plan for local evangelism, international missions, and strategic local and international partnerships in coordination with the Senior Pastor
- Plan and execute outreach events that mobilize the church into the community and around the world
Qualifications
- Christian maturity
- A desire to serve the local church as an overseer
- An interest in revitalization ministry
- 3-5 years of ministry experience preferred
- Theological education preferred
Pay
This role pays $62,000/yr in salary, housing, and retirement.
