Summary of Position
The NextGen Pastor/Director will lead and direct Elevation Kids as well as oversee the Student Ministry in order to accomplish the mission and goals of Elevation Church. The Next Gen Pastor/Director will also work with families to make sure there is synergy and continuity between our Kids Ministry and Student Ministry.
